We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Golden Valley. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring smooth front desk operations while providing exceptional administrative support. Job Responsibility:
Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a welcoming and attentive experience
Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records
Scan, index, and file documents efficiently to support office operations
Handle basic administrative duties, including managing correspondence and scheduling
Provide support for multi-line phone systems by answering and calls promptly
Collaborate with team members to streamline front desk and administrative processes
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times
Uphold business casual dress code standards to align with the detail-oriented environment
Support special projects and additional workload as directed by management
Requirements:
Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles, preferably in a fast-paced setting
Strong proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and switchboards
Excellent administrative skills, including data entry and document management
Outstanding customer service abilities with a focus on professionalism
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer applications
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently
