We are looking for an organized and proactive Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia. In this contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations while providing exceptional support to both staff and visitors. This role requires discretion, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibility:
Greet executives and visitors with professionalism and assist them with entry and meeting arrangements
Schedule and coordinate meetings to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Handle errands such as bank deposits and lunch pickups efficiently and accurately
Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information and tasks
Provide administrative support across two office floors, ensuring needs are met promptly
Utilize Google Docs for documentation and organization purposes
Answer inbound calls and manage a multi-line phone system effectively
Deliver exceptional concierge services to staff and guests
Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming at all times
Requirements:
Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles
Strong skills in managing multi-line phone systems
Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently
Familiarity with Google Docs and other office productivity tools
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
Flexibility to run errands and adapt to dynamic office needs
