Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors while maintaining accurate visitor logs and adhering to security protocols

Handle incoming mail and packages, ensuring proper distribution
Order and track office supplies, maintaining inventory levels
Perform administrative duties such as data entry, document preparation, and filing

Provide general company information and respond to routine inquiries
