Our client is seeking a personable, organized, and proactive Front Desk Coordinator to create positive first impressions and support daily administrative functions.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally, directing them appropriately
Answer and route incoming calls
take messages as needed
Manage appointment schedules and coordinate meeting room usage
Perform general administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, mail handling, and data entry
Maintain an organized, tidy reception area
Support office staff with various tasks to ensure smooth workflow
Uphold confidentiality and high standards of customer service
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in reception, administrative, or customer service roles preferred
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and office technology
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Professional demeanor and reliability
