We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our office. This role plays a critical part in creating a welcoming and professional environment while ensuring front office operations run smoothly. The Front Desk Coordinator will manage scheduling, handle incoming communications, and assist with administrative tasks to support the team. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a busy setting. Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Maintain front office organization and cleanliness
Assist with check-in/check-out processes as applicable
Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Coordinate mail, deliveries, and office supplies
Support team members with administrative needs as they arise
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
One to three years of front desk, customer service, or administrative experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
