We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Brighton, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and attentive atmosphere. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and provide excellent customer service will be essential to creating a smooth and efficient front desk experience.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, greeting clients and visitors with courtesy
Handle incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and accurate call routing
Manage concierge services, assisting guests with inquiries and providing relevant information
Operate and maintain a switchboard system for phone lines ranging from 1 to 10
Respond to inbound calls efficiently, addressing client questions and concerns
Maintain an organized and clean reception area to uphold a positive image
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and scheduling
Track and manage visitor logs and appointments
Provide administrative support as needed, including document preparation and data entry
Requirements:
Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles is required
Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and switchboards
Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with concierge services and handling guest inquiries
Organizational skills to maintain a tidy and efficient front desk area
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
