The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for managing the front desk area, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. This role involves providing excellent customer service, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Provide basic information to clients and direct inquiries appropriately
Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management
Coordinate with other departments to support office operations
Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
Ensure security procedures are followed (visitor logs, badges, etc.)
Requirements:
Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
