Job Responsibility
Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them appropriately
Welcome guests, clients, and vendors at the front desk
Manage visitor logs, appointments, and front-desk scheduling
Respond to general inquiries in person and by phone
Maintain reception area organization and professionalism
Assist with mail distribution, filing, and administrative support
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
Front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
Strong phone experience and ability to answer phones courteously
Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of office software and administrative procedures
Nice to have
Hawaii residents are preferred
