Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and direct them promptly and professionally
Manage incoming calls, correspondence, and messages
Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate meeting rooms
Assist with mail distribution, filing, and general office tasks
Support administrative staff with clerical duties as needed
Uphold high standards of customer service and confidentiality
Contribute to a positive, welcoming office environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a reception, customer service, or administrative role preferred
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and office equipment
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
