We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to support daily reception operations for a busy workplace. This Contract position serves as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, creating a welcoming and organized front office environment. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills, administrative support experience, and the ability to manage multiple front desk tasks with accuracy.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome visitors and employees at the front desk, providing a detail-oriented and friendly first impression
Respond to general questions from staff and guests, offering timely assistance and directing inquiries appropriately
Manage visitor access and complete badge-related tasks while following established site procedures
Answer and route calls through a multi-line phone system with courtesy and efficiency
Maintain front desk organization by handling basic administrative support and keeping records up to date
Perform data entry and file management tasks to ensure information is accurate and easily accessible
Support day-to-day concierge-style assistance for guests and internal team members as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience in reception, front desk support, or a similar customer-facing administrative role
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees, visitors, and external contacts
Experience handling a multi-line phone system in a fast-paced office setting
Strong administrative skills, including data entry, record organization, and general office support
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented and dependable approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
