We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Denver, Colorado. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and creating a welcoming experience for visitors.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, ensuring a friendly and attentive greeting at all times
Manage inbound calls on a multi-line phone system and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel
Provide concierge services, assisting guests and staff with inquiries and needs in a timely manner
Operate and maintain the switchboard system to ensure efficient communication flow
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to reflect a well-managed environment
Coordinate with internal teams to streamline communication and improve workflow
Address customer concerns or requests promptly, ensuring satisfaction
Support daily office operations by performing additional duties as needed
Uphold company standards and policies in all interactions
Requirements:
Prior experience in receptionist or front desk roles is required
Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and switchboards
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with concierge services and customer support
Organizational skills to ensure smooth operations and record-keeping
A detail-oriented approach and a commitment to providing excellent service
Basic knowledge of office equipment and software applications
