We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Greenwood Village, Colorado. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented environment. Job Responsibility:
Greet and check in visitors and employees with a friendly and detail-oriented demeanor
Direct visitors to the appropriate staff members or departments based on their needs
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution
Maintain a clean and organized front office area to reflect a detail-oriented image
Prepare and set up conference and meeting rooms as needed
Coordinate and manage conference room reservations to ensure efficient scheduling
Arrange catering services for meetings and events when necessary
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals
Excellent interpersonal abilities to foster a welcoming environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage files and schedules efficiently
Knowledge of receptionist duties and best practices in office management
