We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Kennesaw, Georgia. This role is ideal for someone who excels in administrative support and enjoys creating a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations.
Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and maintain an accurate log of entries while ensuring adherence to security protocols
Manage scheduling for appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
Handle incoming mail and packages, including sorting and distributing to the appropriate recipients
Assist in tracking office supply inventory and processing purchase orders as needed
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and maintaining organized files
Ensure the reception area remains clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
Provide general company information and respond to basic inquiries from visitors and callers
Collaborate with various departments to coordinate office activities and communications
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative or receptionist roles
Strong ability to manage inbound calls and handle inquiries with a detail-oriented approach
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office systems
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to maintain a welcoming and detail-oriented demeanor
Nice to have:
Experience in managing office supplies and inventory is a plus
