We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Peachtree City, Georgia. This Contract to permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome and assist visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth
Manage appointment scheduling and oversee conference room bookings
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including receiving and distributing packages
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
Provide administrative support to office staff, including document preparation and filing
Perform basic data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
Coordinate office events and meetings, ensuring logistics are properly handled
Serve as a resource for general inquiries and troubleshooting office-related concerns
Requirements:
Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles, preferably in a detail-oriented environment
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups
Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and directing inbound calls
Familiarity with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and record keeping
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Competence in scheduling and coordinating appointments or meetings
Ability to handle mail and package distribution efficiently
High level of attention to detail in all interactions
