We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our office in Wilmington, Delaware. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support to help ensure a positive and efficient office environment.
Job Responsibility
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Maintain the front desk area so it remains clean, organized, and welcoming
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations
Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, scanning, and document preparation
Monitor office supplies and coordinate reordering as needed
Support internal teams with clerical tasks and special projects
Maintain accurate records and assist with updating office databases or tracking logs
Ensure professional communication with customers, vendors, and employees at all times
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced office environment
Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
