We are looking for a detail-oriented and welcoming Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis located in the Greater Philadelphia Region. The role requires effective communication and organization to maintain smooth front desk operations.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome residents and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
Manage visitor check-ins and provide directions as needed
Respond to resident inquiries and coordinate with the General Manager for additional support
Perform general clerical duties, including document handling and correspondence
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a detail-oriented appearance
Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks as required
Ensure visitor logs and records are accurately maintained
Collaborate with team members to address resident needs promptly
Requirements:
Proven experience in front desk or administrative roles
Background in hospitality or property management is highly desirable
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in basic computer applications and office equipment
Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records
Attentive attitude and appearance suitable for a front-facing role
