We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to support day-to-day office operations on-site. This role requires proactive multitasking, excellent customer service, and organizational skills to ensure the front desk runs smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Managing the front desk, answering calls, and directing inquiries appropriately
handling mail services: sorting and distributing incoming mail, using the onsite postage machine to send outgoing mail, and coordinating mail pick-ups
following established protocols to phone candidates and team members when specific action items arise
providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional reception area.
Requirements:
Proven prior experience in a front desk or administrative position
exceptional multitasking abilities and comfort managing high call volumes
strong attention to detail and organizational skills
experience with postage machines and office equipment preferred, but training is available
minimum of 2 years of experience in receptionist or front desk roles
proficiency in managing a multi-line phone system, including switchboard operations
strong organizational and time-management skills
excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
familiarity with mail handling processes and postage equipment
customer service-oriented mindset with a detail-oriented approach
ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
knowledge of office equipment and basic computer applications.
