We are seeking a proactive and personable Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our Phoenix office. In this temp to hire role, you will provide key administrative, reception, and organizational support while working with general office software. A successful candidate will have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and direct visitors, clients, and team members in a professional manner
Answer and route incoming calls, handle inquiries, and manage reception email correspondence
Maintain the front desk area and conference rooms
manage office supplies and mail distribution
Schedule meetings and support the coordination and set-up of office events
Assist in general administrative duties, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
Requirements:
Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role preferred
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
