We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Dallas, Texas. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and attentive atmosphere.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience upon arrival
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously
Maintain an organized and efficient reception area
Perform accurate data entry and administrative tasks as needed
Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory
Support team members with general administrative duties
Schedule and manage appointments or meetings as required
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Monitor and respond to inquiries via email or other communication channels
Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative assistance or receptionist roles
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in handling inbound calls and directing them appropriately
Ability to perform accurate data entry with attention to detail
Familiarity with office management and administrative procedures
Detail-oriented approach and ability to assist visitors effectively
Capability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software
