Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors with a professional, friendly attitude and direct them appropriately
Answer and route incoming calls
take messages as needed
Manage front desk operations, including visitor sign‑ins and office access
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting room reservations
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation
Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations
Provide general support to leadership or office staff as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative roles preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using phones, office software, and basic administrative tools
