Our client is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, answering calls, greeting guests, coordinating schedules, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.
Job Responsibility
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Manage front desk coverage and maintain a clean, organized reception area
Coordinate mail, deliveries, and outgoing packages
Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Maintain office supplies and assist with general office coordination
Provide excellent customer service and respond to requests promptly
Requirements
1+ years of experience in reception, front desk, customer service, or administrative support
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office technology
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
Experience in a corporate, medical, or professional office setting
High school diploma or equivalent required
