We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Cameron Park, California. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized front desk experience. Job Responsibility:
Serve as the initial point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and attentive welcome
Manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, answering inquiries and directing calls appropriately
Provide concierge-level services, assisting clients and guests with various needs
Maintain an organized and efficient front desk area, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
Handle switchboard operations for phone systems with 1-10 lines, ensuring smooth communication flow
Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction
Respond promptly to inbound calls, offering accurate information and solutions
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management
Demonstrate =+ years of experience demeanor and appearance while representing the company
Address client and visitor inquiries with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Requirements:
Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles is required
Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and switchboard operations
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach
Ability to multitask effectively and maintain organization in a busy environment
Familiarity with concierge services and providing exceptional client support
Competence in basic administrative tasks such as scheduling and correspondence
Attention to detail and a demeanor suitable for a client-facing role
High attention to detail and ability to respond accurately to inquiries or requests
