We are seeking a professional and well-organized Front Desk Coordinator to oversee all front office functions. As the first point of contact for our clients and guests, this role is vital in establishing a positive and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a polished demeanor and strong communication abilities.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees to maintain a friendly and hospitable environment
Manage incoming calls, route them appropriately, and provide accurate information to callers
Schedule and coordinate appointments using our organizational scheduling tools
Oversee mailroom duties, including incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries
Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
Complete administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining inventory of office supplies
Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professionalism at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist capacity
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment (such as fax machines and printers)
Demonstrated customer service mindset with a professional approach
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time
