We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Des Moines, Washington. In this contract position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth front desk operations while supporting administrative and property management tasks. Job Responsibility:
Welcome visitors and tenants with a friendly and attentive demeanor
Schedule property showings and coordinate appointments for Manager
Organize and maintain new resident files with accuracy
Update rental property listings on the company website and external marketing platforms
Record and manage maintenance requests received via phone calls
Process and track notices of intent to vacate, ensuring proper documentation
Assist in creating and distributing memos, notices, and monthly rent delinquency reminders under the guidance of the Portfolio Manager
Keep office storage areas and supply closets tidy and well-organized
Handle outgoing and interoffice mail, ensuring proper postage and timely delivery
Maintain accurate logs for property keys, parking spaces, and storage units
Requirements:
Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles
Familiarity with concierge services and multi-line phone systems
Ability to handle inbound calls efficiently and professionally
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in managing office files and property records
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with scheduling and administrative coordination
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
