As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, playing a vital role in creating a positive and professional environment. You will manage incoming communications, coordinate front office operations, and support daily administrative tasks to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our workplace.
Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and clients with a welcoming and professional demeanor
Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries
Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and manage conference room bookings
Assist with the onboarding of guests and new team members
Maintain the appearance, organization, and supplies of the reception area
Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Support staff with document preparation, filing, and other clerical tasks
Uphold confidentiality and adhere to company policies in all interactions
Collaborate with other departments to support overall office operations
Requirements:
Prior experience in a reception, administrative, or customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with office software and phone systems
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to remain composed and effective in a dynamic environment
High school diploma or equivalent
