This is a long-term contract position where you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing front desk activities and assisting clients with their needs. Job Responsibility:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
Respond to inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries or directing calls appropriately
Oversee check-in processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Facilitate client communications by maintaining clear and courteous interactions
Provide concierge services to assist clients with specific requests or needs
Perform general clerical duties, including filing, scheduling, and organizing documents
Handle data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
Manage and maintain the front desk area to ensure it remains organized and presentable
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations
Requirements:
Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) to effectively support clients
Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive client experiences
Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
Proficiency in data entry and basic clerical tasks
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with check-in procedures and concierge services
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
