Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and ensure they feel welcomed upon arrival
Manage inbound calls using a multi-line phone system, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
Assist with concierge services, such as providing information and responding to client needs
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings as required
Handle administrative tasks such as sorting mail, managing deliveries, and preparing correspondence
Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders when inventory is low
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Provide support for special projects and events as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role is essential
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and handling inbound calls
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage tasks efficiently
