This is a Contract to permanent position where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Job Responsibility:
Process payments efficiently using the designated payment application
Prepare and print food and beverage menus for distribution
Create, print, and display flyers to promote events and services
Schedule appointments for the golf simulator and manage bookings
Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the experience for members and visitors
Answer phone calls professionally and assist with inquiries
Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area
Help coordinate daily tasks to ensure seamless operations
Collaborate with team members to address customer needs effectively
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or receptionist roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to manage phone coverage and handle inquiries professionally
Proficiency in booking appointments and managing schedules
