Our nonprofit client is seeking a personable and organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent service and maintaining a welcoming, efficient front office environment.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
Answer and route phone calls, respond to general inquiries, and provide information about the organization’s programs and services
Manage appointment scheduling, maintain office calendars, and coordinate meeting logistics
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, package deliveries, and office supply inventory
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with administrative support for staff and special projects as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
A passion for supporting the mission and values of nonprofit organizations
