We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to support daily front office activities in Dayton, Ohio. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming experience, managing administrative tasks, and keeping schedules organized in a fast-paced setting. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for visitors and callers while helping maintain efficient office operations.
Job Responsibility
Welcome visitors professionally, assist with check-in, and direct them to the appropriate staff or department
Manage incoming phone calls, respond to routine inquiries, and route messages accurately and promptly
Coordinate appointment calendars and support scheduling needs to help daily operations run smoothly
Maintain orderly front desk procedures while handling administrative tasks with attention to detail
Sort, distribute, and organize incoming mail and deliveries to ensure timely receipt by the correct recipients
Provide general office support by preparing documents, updating records, and assisting with routine coordination needs
Requirements
Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or office coordination role
Strong ability to handle inbound calls in a courteous and attentive manner
Experience scheduling appointments and managing calendars with accuracy
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay organized while managing multiple responsibilities throughout the day
Proficiency with standard office software and basic administrative systems
