We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our client in the south metro, Minnesota metro. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth front desk operations. This is a long-term contract position, offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and detail-oriented environment.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a detail-oriented and welcoming manner
Handle incoming calls using a multi-line phone system and direct them appropriately
Manage scheduling and appointment coordination with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain organized records and files to ensure easy access to important documents
Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
Provide administrative support to the team, including document preparation and correspondence
Ensure the front desk area remains tidy and presentable at all times
Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
Collaborate with team members to support overall office operations
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or front desk coordination
Proficiency in answering and managing multi-line phone systems
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle client interactions with attention to detail
Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent organizational skills for managing files and schedules
High attention to detail for accurate data entry and document handling
Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients
Ability to maintain a tidy and well-organized front desk environment
