We are looking for a bilingual Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Brighton, Massachusetts. In this contract position, you will play a key role in supporting the office's daily operations and ensuring a welcoming experience for visitors and callers. Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors in a detail-oriented and friendly manner
Answer and direct inbound calls promptly and accurately
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments as needed
Provide administrative support to the team, including document handling and data entry
Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English to assist clients and staff
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about office services

Requirements:
Fluency in both Spanish and English is required
Previous experience in a receptionist or office assistant role is preferred
