Job Responsibility:
Welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and detail-oriented approach, ensuring a positive first impression
Coordinate appointment schedules for two clinical therapists and manage the flow of patient sessions efficiently
Schedule follow-up appointments and maintain accurate records of calendar availability
Conduct follow-up calls to patients to confirm appointments or provide additional information
Respond to general inquiries and assist walk-in patients with their needs
Operate a multi-line phone system to handle inbound calls and direct them appropriately
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area to promote a positive environment
Support therapists by ensuring patients are prepared and ready for their scheduled sessions
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in receptionist or front desk roles
Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and handling inbound calls effectively
Strong organizational skills with the ability to schedule and coordinate appointments seamlessly
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with patients and staff
Ability to maintain a clean and welcoming environment at the front desk
Familiarity with concierge services and providing exceptional customer support
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
