Robert Half is seeking a professional and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator on behalf of our client, a fast-paced and growing construction company. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and clients while providing critical administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
Manage front desk operations, including maintaining a clean and organized reception area
Coordinate mail distribution, deliveries, and outgoing shipments
Support scheduling for meetings, conference rooms, and team calendars
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and reporting
Order and maintain office and job site supplies
Liaise with internal teams, including project managers and field staff, to support daily operations
Assist with onboarding paperwork and general HR-related administrative tasks as needed
Handle ad hoc projects and provide general office support to leadership
Requirements:
2+ years of front desk, receptionist, or administrative support experience (construction or related industry preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Nice to have:
Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend)
