Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist clients dropping off tax documents
Check in client paperwork accurately and ensure all required information is complete
Scan and upload documents into internal systems
Log and track client activity in Microsoft Planner and Lacerte
Print and manage client checklists
Update and verify client contact information
Prepare documents for processing (remove staples, organize paperwork)
Follow detailed instructions and maintain strong attention to detail
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions closely
Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Professional and customer-facing demeanor
Basic administrative and computer skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Planner, Lacerte Tax Software, and SmartVault is preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
