We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Kennesaw, Georgia. In this Contract to permanent position, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the front desk and reception area. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to administrative support.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome guests and clients with a friendly and detail-oriented demeanor, directing them to the appropriate person or department
Manage incoming calls by answering, screening, and transferring inquiries using a multi-line phone system
Schedule appointments, coordinate meeting room bookings, and maintain calendars for efficient scheduling
Handle mail, packages, and deliveries by receiving, sorting, and distributing them promptly
Keep the reception area and common spaces tidy and organized to create a positive impression
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and file management
Monitor office inventory levels and place supply orders when needed
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and documents
Provide accurate information and assistance to employees, visitors, and callers
Perform additional responsibilities as required to ensure seamless front desk operations
Requirements:
Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles, showcasing strong customer service skills
Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and handling high call volumes
Ability to organize schedules, appointments, and meeting room calendars effectively
Skilled in basic administrative tasks, including data entry and document handling
Knowledge of maintaining confidentiality and discretion in a detail-oriented setting
