The Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role manages the front desk, provides exceptional customer service, and supports daily office operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive and polished demeanor.
Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional attitude
Answer and route incoming calls
manage voicemail and message distribution
Maintain the front desk area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming
Check in visitors and manage visitor badges in accordance with company procedures
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Schedule appointments, meeting rooms, and assist with calendar coordination
Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, scanning, and document preparation
Assist with onboarding tasks for new hires, such as preparing welcome materials
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Support internal departments with administrative tasks and special projects
Requirements:
1–2 years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative support experience
High school diploma required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic office equipment
Experience with phone systems or multi‑line switchboards preferred
Excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a busy environment
Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
Problem‑solver with a proactive and helpful attitude
