We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering exceptional administrative support. Job Responsibility:
Act as the initial point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and attentive experience
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with accuracy and efficiency
Oversee filing systems, including paper and electronic filing, to ensure all documents are organized and accessible
Perform quality assurance checks on administrative processes and records to maintain compliance
Coordinate regulatory filings and documentation in alignment with organizational standards
Provide support to housing-related initiatives and programs as needed
Maintain office supplies and ensure the front desk area remains tidy and functional
Collaborate with team members to streamline office operations and improve efficiency
Assist with additional administrative tasks as required to support the team
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or front desk role
Proficiency in managing both electronic and paper filing systems
Familiarity with regulatory documentation and filing processes
Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to perform quality assurance tasks and ensure compliance with standards
Experience in supportive housing or related industries is a plus
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team environment
