We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to support a non-profit organization in Stockton, California on a Contract basis. Job Responsibility
Greet visitors promptly and maintain a friendly, organized front desk environment throughout the assignment.
Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring messages are handled accurately and efficiently.
Provide basic concierge-style assistance by directing guests, responding to routine questions, and supporting front-office needs.
Monitor the reception area during the coverage period to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while staff are unavailable.
Take clear and complete messages for team members and relay important information in a timely manner.

Requirements
Prior experience in reception, front desk coordination, or a similar customer-facing administrative role.
Ability to manage inbound calls confidently on a multi-line or switchboard phone system.
