We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Roseville, California. In this long-term contract role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Your organizational skills and ability to handle various administrative tasks will play a key role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and attentive manner
Manage multi-line phone systems, including answering inbound calls and directing them appropriately
Provide concierge-style services to address client inquiries and needs
Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence
Ensure smooth communication between departments by managing switchboard operations
Respond to emails and phone calls promptly and with care
Assist with coordinating meetings and appointments as needed
Address any issues or concerns raised by clients and visitors in a timely manner
Requirements:
Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles, preferably in a detail-oriented environment
Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and switchboards
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with administrative tools such as scheduling software and email platforms
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Customer service experience, with a focus on providing concierge-level support
High level of reliability in handling sensitive information
