Job Description:

Robert Half, the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm, is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator for a contract position located in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing reception and administrative tasks, and maintaining a welcoming environment in a dynamic office setting. The ideal candidate will have front desk experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare the front desk and reception area each morning, ensuring everything is set for daily operations
  • Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and team members with courtesy and efficiency
  • Keep the lobby and reception area clean, organized, and inviting at all times
  • Manage incoming mail distribution and handle outgoing packages, including coordinating FedEx shipments
  • Schedule and oversee conference room usage, ensuring spaces are clean, stocked, and ready for meetings
  • Monitor and replenish kitchen and coffee bar supplies twice daily while maintaining cleanliness throughout the day
  • Ensure copiers and office equipment are stocked with paper and other necessary supplies
  • Complete end-of-day tasks by tidying up common areas, conference rooms, and the front desk to prepare for the next business day
  • Provide general administrative support to enhance office efficiency and maintain a high standard of organization

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in front desk, administrative, or office support roles
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented demeanor to positively represent the company
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Self-driven and able to work independently while collaborating with a team
  • Adaptability to shifting business needs and a reliable work ethic
