This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing reception and administrative tasks, and maintaining a welcoming environment in a dynamic office setting. The ideal candidate will have front desk experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare the front desk and reception area each morning, ensuring everything is set for daily operations
Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and team members with courtesy and efficiency
Keep the lobby and reception area clean, organized, and inviting at all times
Manage incoming mail distribution and handle outgoing packages, including coordinating FedEx shipments
Schedule and oversee conference room usage, ensuring spaces are clean, stocked, and ready for meetings
Monitor and replenish kitchen and coffee bar supplies twice daily while maintaining cleanliness throughout the day
Ensure copiers and office equipment are stocked with paper and other necessary supplies
Complete end-of-day tasks by tidying up common areas, conference rooms, and the front desk to prepare for the next business day
Provide general administrative support to enhance office efficiency and maintain a high standard of organization
Requirements:
Proven experience in front desk, administrative, or office support roles
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented demeanor to positively represent the company
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Self-driven and able to work independently while collaborating with a team
Adaptability to shifting business needs and a reliable work ethic
