We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in the south metro, Minnesota area. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient administrative support. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a welcoming and attentive atmosphere
  • Answer and manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to the appropriate departments efficiently
  • Provide concierge services by assisting guests with inquiries and directing them to relevant resources
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry and file organization
  • Coordinate daily administrative activities, including scheduling and correspondence
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook for various administrative tasks
  • Communicate effectively with staff and clients to facilitate smooth operations
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
  • Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative assistance or front desk coordination
  • Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries efficiently
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
