We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in located in the Greater Philadelphia Region. In this long-term Front Desk Coordinator contract position, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and detail-oriented environment for clients and visitors. Your ability to manage communication systems and deliver exceptional customer service will be essential to success in this role.
Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and assisted during their visit
Operate and manage a multi-line phone system, efficiently handling inbound calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
Provide concierge services, addressing inquiries and offering solutions to meet client needs
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials and information are readily accessible
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and scheduling
Handle switchboard operations for phone systems ranging from 1 to 10 lines
Monitor and manage incoming calls to ensure prompt and detail-oriented responses
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations
Uphold a detail-oriented approach and represent the company positively at all times
Requirements:
Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles, preferably in an environment that values attention to detail
Familiarity with operating multi-line phone systems and switchboards
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and attention to detail
Ability to handle inbound calls efficiently and direct them appropriately
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in providing concierge services and resolving client inquiries
A positive and welcoming attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Capability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
