Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth
Provide clear and accurate information to clients in both English and Spanish
Perform data entry tasks to ensure office records are maintained and updated
Manage office supply inventory, including tracking and placing orders as needed
Coordinate scheduling of appointments and maintain organized records
Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system efficiently
Support daily administrative operations to ensure smooth front desk functionality
Create a positive and organized atmosphere for all visitors and staff
Address inquiries promptly and provide assistance to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role
Fluency in both spoken and written Spanish and English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and inbound calls
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
Sensitivity to diverse workplace backgrounds and client needs
