Job Description:

The Front Desk Coordinator serves as the face of WGU’s campus, managing visitor check-in, badge issuance, wayfinding, and supporting essential security operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet and assist all visitors, vendors, and employees
  • Manage front desk operations, including visitor screening, badge issuance, and access control
  • Support security processes such as incident reporting, lost-and-found management, and emergency response
  • Coordinate with facilities, security, and building management teams regarding access and safety needs
  • Maintain confidentiality, data protection standards, and accurate visitor logs

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of front desk, receptionist, hospitality, or customer service experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel)
