Front Desk Coordinator - Short-Term Coverage

• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal employees and external visitors, ensuring all needs are met promptly and professionally
• Oversee front-of-house operations, including managing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate parties
• Coordinate and assist with the setup of meeting rooms and event spaces, including arranging furniture, signage, and necessary equipment
• Maintain accurate records of room bookings and ensure event calendars are consistently updated
• Handle daily mail and package distribution efficiently and accurately
• Collaborate with the facilities team to support additional services as needed
• Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring availability for all team members
• Assist in organizing event logistics, ensuring seamless execution of workplace events

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated and efficient with a positive and confident attitude
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to represent the team in a detail-oriented manner
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software to manage daily operations
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, particularly in reception, concierge, or a similar role

Previous experience in catering or hospitality
