Job Responsibility
Greet patients and manage front desk check-in/check-out processes
Schedule appointments and maintain provider calendars
Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries
Verify patient information and maintain accurate records
Assist with insurance verification and administrative paperwork
Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff
Maintain organized front office documentation and filing systems
Support administrative reporting and daily office operations
Requirements
1–3 years of medical front office or healthcare administrative experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software required
