Our client is seeking a full-time temporary Front Desk & Administrative Support professional with the potential to transition into a permanent role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with people, and has strong organizational skills. You will support various office functions, with responsibilities evolving as you integrate with the team.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, handling inquiries professionally
Oversee office operations, including supply management and meeting coordination
Organize and manage internal meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items
Coordinate daily team lunches, ensuring proper setup and clean-up
Assist with event planning and execution at the presentation centre
Provide refreshments for the principal and team
Draft correspondence, compile data, and create reports as requested
Maintain discretion when handling confidential information
Provide administrative support to the CEO and team for various projects
Handle light bookkeeping, including tracking expenses and managing invoices
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams (including meeting coordination)
Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive
Ability to interact with high-profile clients and executives with professionalism
High school diploma required

Experience in administration, office management, or hospitality is an asset
