The Front Desk and Administration Officer is a member of the Experience Team and is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responsible for smooth daily operations, ensuring that office facilities are well-maintained where needed, and offering effective administrative support, as well as planning and supporting employee events (in person and remotely).
Job Responsibility:
Greet, welcome and assist visitors, clients and partners in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain safe, tidy and welcoming reception area, including monitoring logbook, coordination of guest passes and security protocols
Manage the meeting and conference room schedules and assist in organization
Answers all incoming calls and redirects them or takes messages
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondences (mail, couriers, express shipment) and maintain accurate records
Manage the receipt and logs all equipment for workshop repairs
Monitor and maintain office supplies, including stationery and groceries. Place orders and manage procurement within approved budgets
Handle travel arrangements (flight, accommodation, transport) for staff and executives and manage itineraries
Maintain and organise physical and electronic filing systems
Assist in planning, coordination and execution of company employee events, and activities (in person and remote) that foster engagement, culture and collaboration across global teams
Manage events logistics and maintain appropriate filling system
Act as a liaison between the Cyprus office and global teams (in person and via Teams channels). Maintain excellent communication and cooperate well with all departments
Requirements:
Good knowledge of both Greek & English Language

A Degree in Administration, Management or 1-2 years of experience in similar position
