Job Responsibility:

  • Greet guests and complete the registration process
  • Assist guests with check-out
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of hotel information
  • Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues
  • Field guest complaints, conduct research and resolve and negotiate solutions
  • Receive, input, retrieve and relay messages to guests

Requirements:

  • Previous hotel job experience a plus.
  • Dedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity (Preferred)
  • Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well (Preferred)
  • Team Player: Works well as a member of a group (Preferred)
  • Enthusiastic: Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest (Preferred)
  • Work-Life Balance: Inspired to perform well by having ample time to pursue work and interests outside of work (Preferred)
